Minova Global – International Multilingual Web Portal

Project Description:
I am currently leading the development of the new Minova Global website — an international, multilingual web portal designed to unify the company’s global online presence. The platform will feature thousands of products synchronized with Salesforce, creating a seamless connection between the product catalogue and the website’s dynamic content management system.

As the technical lead, I oversee project planning and coordination using Jira, working closely with international marketing, IT, and product teams to gather content, 3D models, and imagery. The design phase is in collaboration with SquareOne, a Düsseldorf-based design agency, where I contribute to refining and implementing Figma-based page layouts into a fully functional, responsive website.

My role also involves stakeholder communication and weekly progress reporting, ensuring alignment between global teams and timely delivery of all milestones.
