The Problem
The site has multiple contributors - writers with different language skills, different styles, and different levels of experience with WordPress. Publishing travel content meant writing every post from scratch, structuring it consistently, and uploading photos and filling in WordPress fields manually. Keeping a coherent voice across contributors, in a consistent format, for every post type, was a constant challenge. A single café review could take up to 90 minutes from notes to published post.
The Solution
A self-hosted web app where the blogger picks a post type, drops in their notes in any language, uploads their photos, and gets a fully structured, publication-ready article in one click - generated locally by an AI model (Currently Gemma 4 - LM Studio) and published directly to WordPress.
The Impact
Publishing time dropped from 90 minutes to under 5 minutes, with zero ongoing AI costs, full data privacy, and a consistent article structure across every post type. Because the AI handles structure and tone, contributors can write their notes in English, Hungarian or Spanish - the tool does the rest, ensuring every post sounds like it belongs on the same site regardless of who wrote it.
Predefined templates for restaurants, cafés, day trips, guides, etc mean no contributor has to think about format - they just fill in what they know. Featured images and up to three gallery images are uploaded and mapped to Advanced Custom Fields automatically, with the gallery section only appearing in WordPress when images are actually provided. The whole thing runs on a office computer with no cloud subscriptions, no per-post costs, and no notes or photos ever leaving the local network.
